We want to provide you with the best experience possible when using our webstore. The terms and conditions listed below are designed to help make your shopping experience on onechurchnetwork.com as easy as possible.

With this in mind, if you experience an issue or problem when using our store, and do not find the required information below, please let us know by emailing admin@onechurchnetwork.com and we will reply as soon as possible.

1. ORDERS & DELIVERY

Orders placed through onechurchnetwork.com/resources are subject to confirmation and acceptance by One Church Network. Once an order has been confirmed, all aspects of the delivery, currency and payment arrangements are finalised and cannot be changed. Please check order details carefully prior to confirmation.

One Church Network will deliver the goods you order to the street address you specify in your order, subject to their availability. Where items are not available you will be notified of this by One Church Network as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by One Church Network to be authorised to receive the goods.

Delivery time estimates
Currently we do not provide tracking for all destinations. However, we aim to fulfill confirmed orders in the following timeframes depending on stock availability.

  • Australia within 5 business days
  • All other destinations – 5 to 20 business days

Please note that delays can be experienced due to customs and or other variables, which is beyond our control and influence.

Import and tax duties

Although One Church Network will deliver to most countries, for deliveries outside Australia, customers may be required to pay import custom duties / taxes. These import custom duties are set at the port of entry by a customs officer, and differ from country to country. Import custom duties / taxes are in addition to shipping costs paid to One Church Network to cover freight. Import custom duties / taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend customers outside Australia or the USA use this free Duty Calculator to estimate the likely import tax in your country.

Pricing
One Church Network reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities when supplying resellers and distributors.

Shipping and Postage
One Church Network is not responsible for delivery of orders if the delivery address supplied has been entered incorrectly or is the incorrect address. Please note, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If you have changed address since placing your order, please notify One Church Network by phone on or email admin@onechurchnetwork.com immediately. Additional freight and other charges for resent orders may apply. Postage is calculated based on weight, shipping destination, and packaging costs.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Downloadable items cannot be refunded; however, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) we will supply a working link as soon possible.

One Church Network will replace any defective product. In the case of an incorrect item being shipped, please contact us before you return the item as soon as possible or email us at admin@onechurchnetwork.com.

3. PRICES & PAYMENT

For each online order, you must pay:

– the applicable price for the relevant items confirmed by One Church Network; and

– the delivery and handling fee specified on the web site at that time. Additional charges in the form of customs and/or taxes may be payable in your country upon receipt of goods.

Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to One Church Network is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

We can only accept payments using the methods stated in the shopping cart section of this web site.

We are unable to accept COD charges.

Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.

Please note, for international customers; we have been advised that customs through parts of the world (including South America) charge additional import duties on goods shipped to those locations. These costs are your sole responsibility and unfortunately One Church Network cannot subsidise these costs. Please take the time to understand import duties in your country.

4. PRIVACY

One Church Network will not reveal your personal information to external organisations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order. For more information on One Church Network’s privacy policy, please refer to the Privacy Statement.

5. LIABILITY

Any liability of One Church Network in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of One Church Network be limited to:

  • in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and
  • in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS

Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. One Church Network may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions.

7. APPLICABLE LAW

All purchases under this web site and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

Our Commitment to Privacy

Your privacy is a top priority for us.

When dealing with your personal information we as a church are required to observe our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and comply with the Australian Privacy Principles, as well other relevant State legislation.

This policy sets out how we will collect, use, store, disclose and de-identify your personal information.

The types of information we collect

The types of personal information we collect include:

  • contact details (name, address, telephone numbers, email, etc);
  • educational qualifications;
  • complaint details;
  • donation history; and
  • credit card and/or bank account details.

The types of sensitive information we collect include records of communication between us, which may include from time to time, information you provide us or we collect from others. This includes, but is not limited to, the following types of information:

  • professional and practice information;

Why we collect private information about you

One Church Network is a not-for-profit organisation that is dedicated to communicating the message of the Gospel in Australia and throughout the world. This means we embark on a number of different ways to develop and implement Christian services into communities which are in need of a healthy, loving local church to reach out and be the hands and feet of Jesus and in the furtherance of the promotion of the Gospel. This would include implementing new church campuses and services, conferences, resource dissemination, further investing into our innovative kids and youth programs and being involved in our local and international aid initiatives to help people with acute needs from many different countries and cultures.

We collect information about people so as to allow us to communicate with them, introduce them to our organisation, promote the Gospel to them, pray and provide other Christian services to them and inform them of the work we do.

We do not use the information in any way other than in the furtherance of our objects and purposes.

We might also use your information for the following purposes:

  • for the immediate reason for which you have provided it to us (for example, to enable us to process your request, payment, registration, subscription, etc);
  • to maintain contact with you about our work, to report to you about our work, or to encourage you to learn about what we do; and
  • any other purpose directly related to our work and for which you have provided consent (where it is reasonably required by law).

We don’t rent, sell or exchange your information. The types of organisations to whom we normally disclose your personal information include those who help us administer our technology information systems.

Our IT systems are password protected and comply with applicable security standards. Only authorised personnel are permitted to access these details.
